The producer of industrial bakery products expands production capacity by constructing a new site in Poland.

The task
An internationally composed project team of FSB took the task to realise the installation and start of bakery production within 15 months. A green field project with specific challenges:
- Making the land ready for building and mounting an industrial building with deep-freeze warehouse
- Layout definition to create optimal process conditions
- Tender and purchase
- Project management and controlling of investment
- SBP was consigned the tasks of technical purchase, management of suppliers and overall project coordination by FSB
